Cignal Digital TV is a number one satellite television service provider in the Philippines. This is known as a subscription-based DTH (Direct-to-Home) satellite dish. Cignal uses VideoGuard encryption system to secure its content from any signal piracy. MediaScape is also using NSS-11 satellite of SES to bestow optimal coverage straight to the target markets.
